When should you book your maternity session?

The ideal time for maternity photographs is between 28 and 36 weeks, when your bump has a beautiful shape while you’re still comfortable enough to move and enjoy your session.

Because availability is limited, I recommend booking during your second trimester to secure your preferred date.

A refined maternity photography experience

Your maternity session takes place in my home studio in Dandenong North, in Melbourne’s south east, or at a beautiful outdoor location across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. Using a blend of natural light and professional studio lighting, we’ll create a gallery of timeless portraits with an elegant editorial feel.

Whether you choose from my curated client wardrobe or wear something of your own, I’ll help you style your session with pieces that photograph beautifully. Flowing fabrics are also available to add movement, texture and an artistic touch to your images.

While the finished photographs are refined and timeless, the experience itself is relaxed and enjoyable. I’ll guide you through every pose, make the occasional terrible joke, and take care of every detail so you can simply enjoy the moment.
