You’re probably wondering how to pronounce my name, first and foremost. It’s AH-GAH-TAH.
I’m a mum to two beautiful kids; Benjamin and Iris, wife to Dongwon and mama to our gorgeous cavoodle puppy, Chase (obviously the kids wouldn't let us change his name!)
I have been photographing on and off for over 15 years now, with my passion growing the most over the last few years.
I studied photography for two years and then decided that I didn’t like the constrains that studying my passion put on my creative side. I won’t lie, studying it made me stop photographing for a while afterwards. The passion for creating art never left me though.
After my second child, my daughter, was born in 2022, I realised I did not want to go back to “normal” work anymore. That is when I decided to finally open up my business!
I am a coffee lover, obsessed with fashion and home styling (though my style keeps changing so I don’t really dress or decorate the way I want to but slowly finding my way), and love being organised. I can be spontaneous, indecisive and crave change (but I also can get anxious with change. Make it make sense hahah).
I am in love with this line of work. Being able to capture your special moments in my natural light studio in Narre Warren South — serving families across the City of Casey and beyond — as well as outdoors throughout Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, is an absolute dream and honour.
I seek creativity, movement, intimacy and those in-between moments that you might not think are “photo worthy”. I promise, that’s where the magic happens!
